Description :
My machine is completely blocked and all the keys' LEDs are flashing.
  Solution :  
   

There are several possible reasons for this :
1- If you have drawn an extremely large quantity of hot water (more than 2 litres continuously), this alarm status is normal (pump protection).
To return the machine to operative status, switch it off and switch it back on at the main switch.
2- Check to see if there is water in the establishment
3- Check to see if the water supply is reaching the machine (stop tap open)

If, after performing these checks, the problem persists, contact the technical service. This fault is probably due to the presence of scale in the hydraulic circuit .
