Check the flow
in the brewhead when it is empty (without the filter holder being
locked on): you should see a conical jet of clear water.
A. If this is the case, the
causes of the fault could be the following :
1- The ground coffee used is
too fine: check the grinder settings.
2- The strainer or the filter
holder spout is blocked: soak the entire filter holder unit in hot
water containing RENEKA soap tablets.
B. If this is not the case,
contact RENEKA's technical service.
