The coffee is tepid.

Description :

The espresso coffees that I make are tepid, although the boiler pressure is normal (between 0.6 and 0.8 bar).


Solution :

In this case, the machine is operating at the wrong pressure.
The steam taps must be opened, allowing the boiler pressure to fall to 0, which will trigger the heating system .


Advice :

Drain the brewheads, the hot water and steam circuits before putting the machine into operation each day.
