The coffee brewheads stand out in all respects and the control layout clear and efficient, while the LCD display accommodate easy monitoring of the machine’s operations. The temperature control function is innovative, with new electronics using a PID controlled system. Viva S manages its secondary tasks with ease – be it water treatment systems, frequency of maintenance operations or instructions relating to problem-solving procedures. Viva S helps you work better, with continuous automatic correction of the boiler temperature control by our PID system in order to keep up with the level of activity at all times, it automatically expels water and it has an ECO function for saving power when the machine is idle with quick temperature recovery times when the machine is needed again.
Viva S: low maintenance requirements
All machine adjustments are possible without removing the covers. The flowmeters and coffee nozzles are situated in cold water environments and are easily accessible and not exposed to scale deposits. The flowmeter units use a unique quick fitting connection system. The technical features of Viva S have focused on machine protection, reduced maintenance time and optimum operation.
